“Franchise entrepreneurship during economic recovery” Seminar and Franchise Opportunities sessions

After the highly successful franchise seminar and franchise opportunities session held in May 2009 at the same venue, and due to overwhelming requests by seminar participants and exhibitors to hold another similar event, we are proud to announce that we shall be co-organising the event themed “Franchise entrepreneurship during economic recovery” jointly with MCA National Youth, through their Special Economic Task Force.

Date of Event: Saturday, 16th January 2010
Time: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Venue: Auditorium & Dewan San Choon, Wisma MCA, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The aim of the event is two fold, firstly to provide the attending public an in-depth understanding on franchising and that investing in a franchise is a better alternative than starting business on their own or finding employment especially to take advantage of the recovering economy.

Secondly, with a captive audience of an estimated attendance of more than 1,000 participants in the Seminar plus many more walk-in attendees, it provides a golden opportunity for Franchisors/Licensors to showcase their franchise offerings. The profile of the participants is multi-racial, age group of between 18 to 50 years, retrenched or displaced workers, mainly people looking for business opportunities etc.

This major franchising event will be the biggest economic event to be organized by MCA National Youth in 2010 with its aims of attracting and guiding the youths to the right path in franchising which offers many opportunities. We hope this franchise seminar and franchise opportunities sessions will be the first step to milestone for all our youths out there by offering what are in store in the year 2010.

v.) How do you choose a franchise right for you?

Franchise opportunities exhibition by Franchisors on their franchise offerings to the participants on one-on-one basis between seminar participants, walk-in participants and franchisors.

真的很乱的日子。。。。

近来真的有点乱，乱到自己也不知何去何从了！！！！！
翁蔡的团结方案，廖魏周的重选，注册局的介入，那一方才是对的呢？？？
乱，乱，乱，，，，倒底是那一方才是正义之士，可以带领我们冲出这个乱局呢？？？让我们在这个国度里再次抬起头来。。。。。
别再让我们透不过气来，别再让我们再次的模糊了方向，求求你们吧！高抬贵手，该为我华社带来祥和及安宁吧！！！

又是“赌烂”，又要“赌烂”！！！！！

近来一直在“赌烂”，“赌烂”于马华的特大，“赌烂”于政府的举动，更“赌烂”于政客们的言论， 更“赌烂”于地方的治安，“赌烂”于那些大公司的无理收费，为何如斯多的“赌烂”？？！！
“赌烂”后又是“赌烂”，但又无可奈何，唉呀！老天，帮帮忙吧！！！！

盡在不言中的刺 ─

看到这遍文章还不错，所以转载，与你共勉之：

前天，停車在一棵老樹下，
老樹上攀著枯死的九重葛藤蔓。
恰好有一段枝子斷裂掉落在引擎蓋上，一時心懶，
不想下車拿開，便讓它隨著車行而自動抖落。
沒想到，今天先生告訴我，輪胎被一根小刺刺破了。
他還特別把那小截刺拿給我看。
真的，那麼小小的根不起眼的刺，
恰恰就刺入了輪胎最薄的部分。車行說，
這個部分沒法補，因為在胎壁最薄的地方，
補了也承受不了胎內的高壓，反而會有爆胎的危險，
所以只好整個輪胎換掉。
看著這根半公分不到的小刺，
很難想像就這樣毀了一個厚重的輪胎。
先生說，他原先不以為意，隨手一拔，
沒想到隨之而來的便是極細但很明確的洩氣聲。
氣雖然洩得慢，一旦洩盡，就麻煩了，
所以趁著還有氣的時候，趕快開去車行。
我把這根小刺，放在心頭，提醒自己，
再怎麼深的情誼，也有不堪一刺的部分。
言語中的小刺看似無關緊要，實則不可輕忽；
與人來往，最好能除盡言語中輕忽一根刺與一個輪胎，
不過是生活中的一件小插曲，
然而卻在我心頭泛起陣陣漣漪。
人與人之間，有時自以為交情深厚，
因此不免在言語間彼此笑謔。一不留意，
一點言語上的輕忽就恰恰刺中對方最在意的地方，
於是友情的氣漸漸消盡，終於成為不再交心的陌生人。
車輪可以再換一個，朋友似乎也可以再交往，
但總有什麼是無法追回的。 車輪可以再換一個，
只是現有的車輪已非先前的車輪；
朋友也可以再交往，
只是新人已非故友。

真的很“赌蓝”这样的服务公司

今天看到了阿武叔的“也有蠢过猪的拿督斯里”，的确有同感，在我国存在的这种公司数也数不清呢。
往往在下雨天，我们所谓付费的电视台，就会出现“Service not available” ，但你还是要照付钱。假如你去投诉，他们将会说这是卫星转播的问题，我们无能为力，你还是拿他没办法，因为在我国还是唯他独尊，别无选择。只有在心里“暗搥”。
过了下雨天，一出家门，走在马路，一阵阵的臭味迎面而来，原来粪水池又没操作，搅拌器又失灵了，没人维修，但每年你都要付费给这公司，你说“赌蓝不赌蓝”。但也有所谓的行政议员也是蠢到像猪般，没去对症下药，和这些公司投诉去解决这问题，却来个治标不治本的方法，把水沟盖去来，用了人民的血汉钱，做了盖，就算是解决了（又是我们付钱，真他。。。）还在报章上大事宣嚷，臭味却依然存在，你说“赌蓝不赌蓝”。。。。。。
虽然往往投诉了，却没有下闻，这些公司却依然是一样的服务，政府也没採取任何行动对付，我行我属，却苦了我们这些人民，出了钱还要在心里“暗搥”兼“赌蓝”。
真的无语问苍天，长啸仰天吧！！！！！

张天球已变了吗？？

从前骂得最劲的红人，现在已改变了思维，今年的马来开斋节又看见了他穿着马来服装及戴宋谷在地方上庆祝，还记得当年看到其他华族穿马来服装，骂得最凶的就是他，甚麽没有民族尊严的人才穿的，现在的他是否也是一样呢？？

中央代表们，你听到累了吗？

每天一看报纸，大多数的新闻就是马华，这边支持这个，那边支持那个，吵得天翻地覆，最爽的是记者，不用出门都有新闻写，这是个很光荣的事吗？？？？？马华的尊严放在那里？？？？马华党员颜面何在？？？？
马华的领导层，你可不可以做一些比较实际的，利惠我们华人的事件？？而不是每天劳民伤财的讲解这些所谓的汇报会。
我想我们的中央代表已听够了，他们也明白是这么一回事，不需再讲解了，在我国还有很多事情没解决呢；AH1N1，经济萧条，治安问题等等。
中央代表们，想来也听得累了吧。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
